1. Return & Exchange Policy

At NobleSculpt, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you encounter any quality issues, you may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any request made after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us first via email at support@noblesculpt.com.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. Non-Quality Issues: Returns due to reasons other than quality issues (excluding packaging concerns) are not accepted.
  2. Authorization: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  3. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days after receipt.
  4. Condition: All items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  5. Shipping Method: Customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information for returning or exchanging items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damage, loss, or packing concerns caused by customers are non-refundable.

2. General Return Process

Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at support@noblesculpt.com with photos and/or videos of the items, and include your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.
  2. Ship the Item Back: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature, as we are not responsible for lost return/exchange items.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

3. Return Charges

  • Our Fault: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect products, quality problems), we will provide a full refund, including return freight.
  • Customer’s Fault: If the return is due to the buyer’s preference (e.g., dislike/wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the return freight.
  • No Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days. If you haven’t received the refund within this time frame, please check your bank account again, then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@noblesculpt.com.

Please Note: We do not refund the original shipping cost.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: We can cancel your order if you contact us in time after purchase. If your payment is complete and the parcel is not shipped, you can cancel your order before delivery, and we will refund your full amount.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.
